Users can search for any asset, incident or issue stored in the system based on specific fields, time boundaries and dimensions.
All searches can be saved for future use, avoiding the need to "reinvent the wheel" every time a user wants to search for the latest results.
Tenants can be color-coded based on expiring insurance certificate dates.
Searches can display unique colors selected by the user, providing a unique solution to identifying patterns over maps, floor plans and drawings. Users may color:
- Floor plans according to the lease status of the stores (leased, available and upcoming)
- Stores according to the list type or revenue per square feet
- HVAC units of a certain type
- Incidents with injuries
- Night theft incidents
- Assets with maintenance issues.

Enhanced printing capabilities, measurements and graphical layouts

Using unique vector graphic technology, Accendo facilitates quick navigation through detailed graphical information. Any map or drawing stored in the Accendo platform may be printed at any size and with perfect resolution.
Specific distances and areas may be measured at any time. Lines and zones automatically capture the relevant dimensions.
Layout elements, such as roads, new parking configurations, landscaping elements and more, may be added to a map and printed in detail for use with various operational and marketing initiatives.
Up-to-date security and safety information, such as evacuation routes and the location of safety assets (hydrants, first aid kits, extinguisher and more), may be printed.
