Accendo is a unique, Web-based vector graphic mapping platform designed for the various daily operational needs of properties and districts management. The flexibility of Accendo allows for unlimited tracking of operational and business-related information over any type of drawing, including the following:

When viewing traditional street maps, Accendo uses conventional Geographical Information Systems (GIS) standards, the same standards employed by such companies as Google and Microsoft. However, Accendo's mapping platform takes this capability a step further by allowing the user to work with the internal layout of the facility to easily modify maps, floor plans and drawings over a Web browser. Accendo users no longer need to endure a lengthy and expensive process of modifying maps and AutoCAD drawings by professional draftsmen to see layout changes on their drawings.

Accendo Incidents™ — The graphical incident reporting tool pinpoints the exact location of any incident or criminal activity. Designed to allow users to define an incident's name, category and fields, Accendo's Incidents module lets organizations tailor the system to comply with a variety of standards, such as UCR (FBI's Uniformed Crime Report) and the Clary Act (for colleges and universities).
Accendo Issues™ — More than a traditional work-order application and CMMS, Accendo's Issues module lets users create location-based maintenance work orders, IT issues and more. Furthermore, Accendo's tasks management component expands the features of the module to include preventive maintenance capabilities and a robust notification system.
